TRIP PAYMENTS
Zelle Payment Method
We accept full and incremental trip payments through Zelle, paid to Eunice@EuniqueAfricanTravel.com. A receipt will be sent within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trip.
Full Refund: You may receive a full refund of any monies paid, excluding the $250 non-refundable deposit, by submitting a cancellation request in writing no later than four (4) months before the scheduled departure date of your trip. The request should be sent to Eunice@EuniqueAfricanTravel.com.
Replacement Option: If you need to cancel, you have the option to transfer your reservation to another person. Please contact us via email or call us at (510) 542-9794 to discuss this option and make the necessary arrangements.
No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after four (4) months of the trip departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
